What Are MSP Training Sessions?

Our training sessions primarily take place at the GGC fields in Lawrenceville, GA, known for their excellent condition and accessibility. Coach Diego personally communicates the specific field details to each participant via phone, ensuring clarity and convenience. On occasions when GGC fields are unavailable, alternative local fields such as Rhodes Jordan Park are utilized. Coach Diego ensures all participants are informed ahead of time about the location changes to keep sessions seamless and effective.

CREATE YOUR PROFILE

Each of our training sessions is designed to run for a full 90 minutes, providing ample time for a thorough workout that covers all aspects of soccer skills and fitness. This duration allows us to delve deeply into each training module, from technical drills to tactical discussions and physical conditioning. In some instances, if circumstances demand, sessions may be shorter, but we always aim for 90 minutes to maximize each player’s development and progress.

Individual Sessions: Tailored one-on-one training that focuses intensely on your specific needs, ensuring personalized attention to detail in every drill and discussion.

To ensure you're fully prepared for each MSP Training Session, please bring the following items:

Cleats: Mandatory for all sessions to provide proper traction and safety on the field.
Hydration: Bring water or a sports drink to stay hydrated throughout the session.
Positive Attitude: Come ready to work hard and embrace growth in every session.
Shin Guards: Optional but recommended for group sessions to protect against potential impacts.
