At MilessiSoccerPerformance, we take pride in the quality of both our products and services. Our refund policy has been devised to ensure transparency and satisfaction for our customers while taking into consideration the nature of our products and training sessions.
Product Refunds (Custom Grip Socks)
Eligibility for Refund:

If you receive socks with an incorrect number or color different from what was ordered, you are eligible for a refund.

To initiate a refund, the incorrect socks must be returned unused and in their original condition within 20 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Refundable:

Socks that have been worn are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of an incorrect order as specified above.
Refund Process:

To begin the refund process, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the issue with the product.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Service Refunds (Soccer Training)
Cancellation and Fees:

Fees are assessed after each session or at the end of each training week.

If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, field availability, or a cancellation by Coach Diego, no fee will be charged.
No Refund Conditions:

Once a player has started a session and payment has been made, no refunds will be provided if the session is completed, even if it ends early due to weather or other interruptions not caused by Coach Diego.

If a session ends early specifically due to an oversight or mistake by Coach Diego, a proportionate refund may be considered based on the duration of training provided.
