Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: Enjoy a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all orders under $50.

Free Shipping: Orders $50 and over qualify for free standard shipping. This discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

 

Delivery Times:

Estimated Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Delivery times may vary based on your location and factors beyond our control, such as weather.

 

Local Pickup Option:

Hand Delivery at Training Sessions: As a convenience for our local customers, we offer the option to have your order handed to you at a training session you attend. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout and specify the training session date and location as per your booking.

 

Additional Shipping Details:

Order Processing: Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order: You will receive a USPS tracking number by email once your order ships, allowing you to track its progress online.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

Geographic: Currently, shipping is only available within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
