6. Shipping and Delivery
MilessiSoccerPerformance ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
MSP additionally also allows customers to pick up merchandise at local pickup during one of the training sessions that customer books.
7. Returns and Refunds
If you receive socks with an incorrect number or color different from what was ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund, the incorrect socks must be returned unused and in their original condition within 20 days from the date of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
MilessiSoccerPerformance is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the services or merchandise provided.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments to these terms will be posted online. Continued use of the site will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
